Welcome to NuanPic (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains
how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal data. By using the Service,

Android（Google Play）與 iOS（Apple App Store） 上所提供的
NuanPic App。

一、我們蒐集的資料 / Information We Collect
1. 您主動提供的資料 / Information you provide
- 例如電子郵件、暱稱、意見回饋內容等。
- Such as email address, nickname, and feedback messages.
2. 服務運作過程自動產生的技術資料 / Automatically collected technical data
- 例如 IP 位址、裝置型號、作業系統版本、瀏覽器或 App 版本、錯誤紀錄等。

三、廣告與廣告隱私權 / Advertising & Ad Privacy

react-native-google-mobile-ads 套件）在 App 內顯示
橫幅、插頁式與獎勵式廣告。

2. 廣告可能蒐集的資訊 / Information used for ads
- 裝置資訊：作業系統、裝置型號、螢幕尺寸、語系、時區等。
- Device information: OS, device model, screen size, language, time zone, etc.

廣告識別碼（GAID、IDFA 等）、App 安裝狀態與使用情況（如啟動次數）。

Advertising identifiers (GAID, IDFA, etc.), app install status, and usage such
as number of launches.

廣告互動資料：曝光、點擊、觀看時間、獎勵是否完成等，用於成效衡量與防止無效點擊。

Ad interaction data: impressions, clicks, view duration, completion of rewarded
ads, for performance measurement and fraud prevention.

3. 個人化與非個人化廣告 / Personalized vs. non-personalized ads

在 App 的「個人設定 > 廣告隱私設定」中，您可以開啟或關閉
個人化廣告：

Within the app (“Settings > Ad Privacy”), you may enable or
disable personalized ads.

開啟時，系統可能使用您的廣告識別碼、使用偏好與互動紀錄，以顯示較符合您興趣的
廣告。

When enabled, your advertising ID, preferences, and interaction history may be
used to show more relevant ads.

關閉時，我們將請求 AdMob 僅顯示非個人化廣告；此時仍可能產生
基本的統計或防詐騙資料，但不會用於建立個人化廣告輪廓。

When disabled, we request AdMob to serve
non-personalized ads. Basic metrics and anti-fraud data may
still be collected, but not for building a personalized ad profile.
- 您的設定會儲存在裝置本機（例如 AsyncStorage），重新開啟 App 後仍會套用。
- Your choice is stored locally on the device (e.g., AsyncStorage) and persists across sessions.
4. 作業系統層級設定 / OS-level controls (Android & iOS)

Android：您可以在「設定 > 隱私權 > 廣告」中重設廣告 ID
或停用廣告個人化。

Android: You may reset your advertising ID or opt out of ad
personalization in “Settings > Privacy > Ads” (device menus may vary).

iOS：您可在「設定 > 隱私權與安全性 > 追蹤」中，關閉
「允許 App 要求追蹤」，或針對 NuanPic 停用追蹤權限。

iOS: In “Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking”,
you can turn off “Allow Apps to Request to Track” or disable tracking for
NuanPic specifically.
5. 資料分享與責任 / Sharing and responsibility
- 我們不會將您的個人資料販售給任何第三方。
- We do not sell your personal data to any third parties.

四、資料的分享與揭露 / Information Sharing and Disclosure
除依法令或為提供服務必要外，我們不會將個人資料出售、出租或任意揭露。必要的合作對象

We do not sell or rent personal data. We only disclose data when required by law
or necessary to operate the Service. Typical recipients include:

若您在瀏覽器端停用 Cookie，部分網站功能可能因此受限。
We may use cookies, localStorage, or similar technologies to store session states,
preferences, and analyze usage. Disabling cookies in your browser may limit
certain website features.
App 內的廣告與分析，則主要依賴裝置廣告識別碼與 SDK 機制，並非瀏覽器 Cookie。
Advertising and analytics within the app primarily rely on device advertising
identifiers and SDK mechanisms rather than browser cookies.
六、資料保存與安全 / Data Retention and Security
我們僅在達成前述目的所需期間內保留您的資料，並採取合理的技術與管理措施
（例如 HTTPS 加密、存取權限控管）以防止未授權存取或外洩。
We retain your data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes
described above and apply reasonable technical and organizational measures
(such as HTTPS and access control) to prevent unauthorized access or leakage.
廣告與分析相關資料，多數由 Google 等第三方依其政策保存。我們無法完全控制其保存期間，
但會在合作範圍內盡力符合適用法規。
Advertising and analytics data are largely stored by Google and other third parties
under their own policies. While we cannot fully control their retention period,
we strive to operate in compliance with applicable regulations.

deletion, restriction, objection, or data portability. If you wish to exercise

八、未成年保護 / Protection of Minors
若您未達當地法定成年年齡，使用本服務前應先取得法定監護人之同意，並在其監督下使用。
If you are under the legal age in your jurisdiction, please obtain consent from
a legal guardian and use the Service under their supervision.
若我們得知在未取得監護人同意的情況下蒐集到未成年者的資料，我們會採取合理措施加以刪除
或限制處理。
If we learn that we have collected data from minors without proper guardian
consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete or restrict such data.
